Still waiting. Even emailed the MD of UK and haven't heard back. Really feels like a modern highwayman. Robbed by a large corporation. Refund please and kiss goodbye to any future business. Cant see why you don't invest any of your millions in proper distribution from within the UK. Delivery service was poor pre brexit now you are a laughing joke in the trade.
Be prepared for long waits when ordering online. I orderd a couple of polo tops and some trainers online at the hugo boss website. After a few days I recived a email to say my order had been dispatched which was great. However my order took 13 days to arrive as it was sent from Germany. It has to go through boarder controls ect. The expected delivery day was changed several times as it was stopped at various stages on it's way over to England it was held for days at boarder checks. Eventually it got to England as I could track my order from the start all the way through Germany and once it arrived in England. It took 8 days just to get to England and then another 5 days to delivery to my house. Really slow delivery not what I expected at all. Seems the blame it on Brexit as messages on the tracking kept saying a delay has occured due to boarder controls and Brexit. So be prepared when you order to wait along time for your deliverys. Apart from that my order was spot on and well packed to last the 13 day journey. Just a really slow delivery not the estimated 5 working days as it said when I ordered the items. Good items just a very slow delivery process which is letting the company down and when they say 5 working days for delivery and it's taking 13 days it's not good at all. Really slow and poor delivery service.

I love Hugo boss, it’s stylish and classy.
However, as they have moved onto other apparel and accessories the quality that I experienced is not there. If they spent a little extra time on quality control then am sure they would do better. As examples:-
My sunglasses, the nut that tightens the right side of the frame keeps coming up and i have to make a trip to the opticians to get it tightened every so often.
My jeans that I bought tore at the front within days.
The underwear I bought, all of them tore at the bottom without exception, whereas the other lables that i have are fine.
So please please if your team reads this review, act on it.

My friend and I had very good experience of customer service in Hugo Boss -menswear at Bicester Village. Alexandra was amazing and so helpful and above all so patient.

Firs time I shopped online Hugo boss. Awful experience. Also they don't cancel reorders. I had to order twice. I tried to cancel duplicate order, there is no provision. I called customer support. They won't cancel. NEVER BUY HUGOBOSS ONLINE. Their website is horrible.
Had some issues with my suit paints after these were tailored and cut. These were promptly resolved and received my new pants in beautiful Boss box that I use to this day to keep ties, belts and watches.
Environment and services are exceptional. Knowledgeable staff only too happy to help. Made to feel special.
They are a big brand, quality of clothes is great, but thats all about it.
Their customer service is pathetic! I placed 3 orders, more than a grand, before Christmas, the items arrived after 3 weeks even though it said 4-7 Business days.
I can understand that, with Brexit and Covid, things are not easy but they have to be clear and honest about it.
- Received an email that order is ready for collection in store, but the store is closed because of lockdown. No instructions whatsoever. I travel to the store and there is no phone number or instructions on the door about how to collect my order.
- The 'customer service' if you want to call it that, tells me 'You were supposed to call and make appointment first'. How was I supposed to know that? I ask if they can redirect the delivery so I don't have to travel to store again, only to be told 'Either call to make appointment or wait till stores are open again'.
-Eventually I manage, ttems were too big so I returned, now waiting for refund for nearly 3 weeks. Again I can understand this, things are not normal these days and everything takes time.
-I contatc the customer service on online chat/phone/email who are utterly useless and derogatory. I wonder if they have ever been to school, they are just illiterate, you can tell by the way they write to their customers, who have a genuine query and ask politely.
I will never EVER buy anything from them again. I will give my money to someone who treats me with respect as a customer.

Online order placed 28 December for 2 pairs of jeans. Cash taken 5th January. Goods actually not despatched from Germany until ( at least 11th January ). Delivery dates provided but nothing arrives. They then use the narrative Re-routed or package address amended. The reality is that their paperwork either at Hugo Boss and or UPS is not in order. It is now 22nd January and the only information I can get is that it is delayed. I won’t order from them again and will now consider other brands. By the time they arrive they may no longer fit ! Such a shame , normally a great product. What surprises me is that management did not substantially increase their UK stockholding to plan for any potential Brexit issues. Perhaps management should credit their customers and then take the cash when a delivery date is confirmed. Some people can’t afford to fund a purchase and then not have the product to wear.
SHOCKING. Ordered goods nearly 4 weeks ago. STILL not received. Delivery tracking is constantly changing. The goods have crossed the uk border twice seemingly. Traveled from Germany to Scotland back to Germany and now somewhere in the UK. No repsonse other than automated emails. Hugo Boss clearly not able to deliver goods to the UK as per its delivery promises and timescales. AVOID ordering if you expect your goods to be delivered to the UK any time soon!
I have been a shop customer for years, however due to covid and lock downs I started ordering online, BIG MISTAKE!, Made an order of sale items, paid by PayPal and no confirmation of order, chased this and received generic email saying will receive email when goods dispatched, 3 weeks now no goods, no email!
I wish I read the reviews here before I ordered. Order a jumper on January the 1st and expected it after 5-7 days as their website said. It is January 12th today and I have been told it will take another day or two to reach UPS and then another 5-7 working days to deliver. I bought it as a birthday present and it will not be here on time....
